In the early 2000’s a group of entrepreneurial real estate professionals acquired a broad scope of industry-leading title insurance, escrow, 1031 exchange, data management, title plant, lending and consulting brands. Over the years those brands have morphed into Near North Title Group through various means. In 2019 The Group combined two of its most successful brands, Near North National Title and Hamilton National Title, under the Near North Title Group name. By increasing Near North’s leverage, scale and infrastructure with decades of experience and a workforce of nearly 100 employees, bringing additional value to our customers and industry partners in the form of increased service capabilities, streamlined processes and technology.
