Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Alex Grundhoffer brings more than 30 years of experience in the title industry, with a background spanning operations, technology, sales, and executive leadership. Since entering the industry in 1992, when he started as a 19-year old looking for a summer job, he has served in nearly every role imaginable, gaining a practical understanding of the business from the ground up.

Throughout his career, Alex has been recognized as a collaborative industry leader, including serving two terms as President of the Minnesota Land Title Association. He is passionate about operational excellence, technology adoption, and finding innovative ways to help title professionals succeed. 

Alex earned a degree in History from Drake University, with minors in Economics and Political Science. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing, pickleball, and reading more history books and biographies than most people would consider normal.  He and his wife cherish time spent with their three adult children and are always looking for opportunities to gather as a family.

One of the more unique aspects of Alex’s career is that he has never written a résumé. While the companies he worked for changed through acquisitions and industry consolidation, he simply continued taking on new challenges, building teams, and growing with each opportunity that came his way.
