Allison Rabin serves as Chief Operating Officer and joined the company in 2021. Based in the Chicago office, she is a results-driven executive known for strengthening operations, driving organizational growth, and building high-performing teams through strategic leadership and a people-first approach.

 With expertise spanning operations, finance, and organizational development, Allison is recognized for her ability to lead intentional change, foster stakeholder alignment, and create cultures centered on accountability, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

 She earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University with majors in Finance and Management and a minor in Marketing, received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She also earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

 Outside of her professional responsibilities, Allison is passionate about mentorship and leadership development and has supported emerging professionals through organizations including Greenhouse Scholars, Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, and The Goldie Initiative. She also enjoys playing mandolin and guitar, staying active through tennis and pickleball, and spending quality time with her family.
