With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Deb Paoli serves as Executive Vice President and Commercial Division Manager for Near North Title Group. She is licensed in a number of states across the United States and is recognized for her expertise in managing complex commercial transactions, sophisticated deal structures, and large-scale real estate portfolios.

Deb began her title insurance career in 2010 as a Senior Underwriter for a national title insurance company before transitioning to the agency side of the business in 2012. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided a wide range of transactions, including retail centers, industrial parks, redevelopment projects, stacked commercial condominiums, cannabis-related properties, wind farms, and multi-property portfolios. Her experience also extends internationally, having underwritten transactions throughout the Caribbean, with a particular focus on the Bahamas.

What sets Deb apart is her comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate lifecycle. Prior to entering the title industry, she served as a Real Estate Specialist for a prominent New York law firm specializing in commercial real estate and later as Lead Transaction Manager for an international investment group. Combined with her experience representing sellers, buyers, lenders, and property managers, Deb brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

A respected industry educator and speaker, Deb has developed and presented seminars on title insurance, survey review, and portfolio management for attorneys, lenders, and industry organizations, including the American Land Title Association (ALTA). She attended New York University’s Paralegal Program and is an active member of the American Bar Association.
