Demetrius Cole is the Illinois Managing Director for the Residential Department.  With more than 20 years in the title insurance industry he has developed a strong foundation in escrow operations, along with experience in business development and underwriting. His well-rounded industry knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to excellence have helped him build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues throughout Illinois.

Demetrius has earned dual professional designations as an Illinois Title Professional and Illinois Escrow Professional through the Illinois Land Title Association, demonstrating his dedication to professional growth and industry expertise. Providing the highest level of customer service is of the utmost importance to Demetrius and his Illinois operation. While title companies may perform many of the same functions, Demetrius believes that exceptional service, communication, and reliability are what truly set an organization apart. Outside of work, Demetrius enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, who continue to be his greatest source of pride and motivation.
