Laura Ormsby serves as Managing Director for multiple offices across Indiana and Michigan operations at Near North Title Group, bringing more than 38 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate settlement industry. Throughout her career, Laura has developed expertise in every facet of the title business, including title examination, escrow and closing operations, order entry, sales management, and operational leadership. As Managing Director, she oversees multiple offices across Indiana and Michigan, providing leadership and strategic direction while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, employee development, and growth.

Her broad industry knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to effectively support employees, customers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals throughout the closing process. Laura is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating efficient processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She is known for her practical approach to problem-solving and her commitment to helping both employees and customers navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, traveling, and making memories with her dogs, Odin and Beth.
