Tiffany Jones brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational experience to Near North Title with a career that spans both legacy applications and processes, and modern systems. After studying at Brigham Young University, Tiffany began in the industry prior to TRID, building a strong foundation in Utah using microfilm readers, early DOS-based accounting programs, and fully manual file management, including handwritten ledgers and HUD-1 preparation in WordPerfect.

Driven by a long-standing interest in technology that was sparked early on by a passion for emerging electronics, Tiffany has continued to evolve alongside the industry. A move to Northern California led to experience in a correspondent lending environment and a familiarization with SoftPro Select, helping bridge the gap between traditional workflows and more advanced system capabilities.

Today, Tiffany focuses on optimizing technologies available including title production systems, improving operational workflows, and supporting scalable solutions across teams.

Residing in Austin, Texas, Tiffany lives with her wife, Abi, and their son, Izi, along with a lively mix of chickens and dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting, repairing, and customizing vintage electronics, especially video game consoles, and is actively involved in supporting backyard chicken keepers by sharing knowledge on safe poultry care and affordable treatment options.
