As the leader of the company’s escrow accounting operations, Voula is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of escrow funds and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Her areas of oversight include wire verification protocols, banking relationships, escrow account administration, trust account reconciliations, audit coordination, financial controls, fraud prevention initiatives, and the development of processes that support secure and efficient real estate transactions. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of financial operations help ensure the highest level of accuracy, security, and confidence for clients, lenders, agents, and team members alike.

Outside of the office, Voula enjoys taking long road trips with her husband, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with her adult children and family.
