Ann Cain has joined Near North Title Group as Market Manager and Account Executive at our Columbus, Indiana office. Ann has multiple years of real estate expertise and is highly accomplished in community involvement and local government operations due to her role as Councilwoman for Jackson County. As a realtor, Ann is a multi-million-dollar producer and very skilled in understanding market conditions, legal requirements, pricing and the mortgage process. Her experience brings considerable knowledge to Near North’s expanding Residential Sales team.
