Area native Sarah Adams has joined Near North Title Group as Residential Escrow Officer at our Madison, Indiana office. We are excited to welcome her to this thriving location as we continue to provide service solutions to our customers in this market and throughout southern Indiana. Sarah brings years of experience as a Title Agent, Researcher and Closer as well as an extensive understanding of the entire process from title search and commitments to final policy. Her diverse background contributes a considerable level of skill to Near North’s expanding Residential team and will serve to enhance our presence in the Madison area.
