She has held executive leadership, operations management, and branch management roles throughout Central Indiana, leading high-performing teams, overseeing multi-office operations, and driving business growth across residential title and settlement services. Her extensive experience includes operational leadership, business development, underwriting relationships, risk management, and customer service excellence.
With more than three decades in the title insurance industry, Laura brings a comprehensive understanding of the title and settlement process. Her broad industry knowledge and leadership experience have enabled her to successfully navigate every facet of the business, from underwriting coordination and title operations to strategic planning, market expansion, and client relationship management.
As a lifelong resident of Southside Indianapolis, Laura brings a unique combination of local market knowledge and industry expertise to her role.
