Midwest Foothold Strengthens with Additional Locations in Indiana
CARMEL, IN – January 5, 2020 – Near North Title Group announces the acquisition of Total Title Services LLC, in a move that will bolster its presence and further secure Near North’s place as one of the Midwest’s strongest title and escrow agents. This transaction combines the infrastructure and capabilities of Near North’s industry-leading platform to complement Total Title’s extensive experience in title insurance and real estate services.

By gaining exposure in these areas of Indiana, Near North Title Group increases its market density in the southern portion of the state, as well as the neighboring channels of Kentucky and Illinois.
