Near North is excited to announce the opening of a third Florida office in Boca Raton. With the addition of Devi Ramdin, an industry professional with vast knowledge of the title process and previous experience in the market, we are looking forward to expanding Near North’s presence in the state. Devi brings 25 years of expertise in real estate, including over 10 years in the title industry. Her diverse background, which also consists of skill in commercial, business and private banking, as well as business development and management acumen, adds a high level of talent to Near North’s Residential Sales initiatives as they continue to advance.

Devi was born in Guyana and moved to the United States 35 years ago. She enjoys time with her family, reading and traveling.
