Near North Title Group has expanded its reach in the Midwest with the opening of its first location in the state of Wisconsin. This new space is centrally located in the beautiful community of Lake Geneva at 612 Wells Street. With the addition of Samantha Marrari as Senior Escrow Officer, an industry veteran with experience in this market, we are pleased to add another location to Near North’s growing team of 24 offices. Samantha brings over 20 years of expertise in title, real estate, and customer service. Kristina Whitefoot, Residential Title Examiner, will also serve the area and has over 10 years of title industry experience.
