What is your role at Near North?
My role is to manage all aspects of Operations, Escrow and Sales. I have a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients and working with my team to ensure they have the skills to do the same. I am committed to delivering the best title and escrow services in all of our markets and building long-term business relationships within the community. NNTG cares about their clients and customers and we Partner and Protect all aspects of their transactions.
What is your professional background?
In my 25+ years in the industry, I have managed and been a partner at title companies, and also owned my own agency. I have a long history of supporting buyers, sellers and real estate agents in navigating through the closing process. I have led every area of the business, including funding, closing, marketing, and operations management. I am a former Past-President of the Indiana Land Title Association and still involved in the association.
What is your favorite thing about Near North?
Although we have grown into a big company, Near North still has the feel of a smaller company. Any employee can reach out to a member of the leadership team, the CEO, or other team members at any time. There is a great deal of open communication and management is very involved in the day-to-day operations.
How does the Executive Leadership Team support the Escrow staff?
We have a great TEAM at NNTG. Everyone is willing to help others when needed. The closers are always able to jump in and help their fellow closers if called upon. The ELT supports all divisions of the company and even if it is not their specialty, they dig in and make sure the problems or issues are handled quickly.

Which qualities do you admire most about our leadership team?
We all talk on a regular basis and everyone is willing to help each other out if someone needs assistance. We are not afraid to get our hands dirty and do the work if necessary.
Personal Life/Free Time:
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, watching sporting events, or just relaxing around the house.
