Kathy began her career as an intern with Near North when it was known as Hamilton National Title over 30 years ago. She has been a presence in the industry ever since, and after a brief stint elsewhere she brought her experience as a searcher, examiner and closer back to the company in 1986. For the past 20 years Kathy focused on commercial underwriting and development transactions, including agricultural, retail and office development throughout Indiana. She has solid experience with public-private partnerships involving municipalities and government entities. An active member of the real estate community, Kathy especially enjoys speaking engagements where she presents to industry organizations, attorneys, commercial brokers and loan officers on a variety of title insurance-related topics.
